Mentorship @ DELTA

Trying to re-assess your goals amidst all the change? Looking for mechanisms to cope with the hybrid workplace? Wanting to combat burnout? Mentoring can help. Join Mentoring @ DELTA and connect with a mentor who can guide you in career progression, share new skill sets, or provide emotional support as you grow.

The official launch date is April 19, 2023, with mentor enrollment beginning April 5 and mentee enrollment beginning April 12. There are plenty of training and support resources available to new mentors and mentees on the platform, so if you are interested but unsure, give it a try!

For questions in the meantime, contact Angela Hallman or Cortney Hagans.
